Terms & Condition

  • Check-In and Check-out times are 10:30 am and 9:30 am respectively. Both the time is fixed. If someone wants to Check-In early, then certain amount will be charged for that.
  • All the guests/travellers are requested to bring the photocopy of their respective identification cards. Any Government issued identification cards like Adhar Card/Passport/ Driving licence/Voter Card is must for the check-in. Without any valid identification card check-in is not allowed.
  • This is not the final bill. It is a receipt of the advance money given to the Hotel by the guest. At the time of Checkout, the guest will receive the final bill of their stay.
  • The advance amount paid online through GPay/ Phone Pay/ Paytm or Bank Transfer is non-refundable. The amount will be adjusted on your next visit within 30 days of the scheduled booking. After that the money will be fortified.
  • The tariff of the rescheduling date can change according to the time. The guest have to pay accordingly.
  • On-Spot Cancellation of the scheduled booking through any booking website/agency/direct booking/ online is non-refundable. The authority will not make any concessions on the scheduled booking.
  • If the booking is done through online booking website then the guest cannot change the date of the scheduled journey on spot. They have to pay the full amount at the time of Check-in. No refunds/concessions will be granted.
  • The Tourist Civic Amenity Charge (T.C.A.C) is a development fee charged by the government of West Bengal. The guest have to pay 10.00 rupees per head. The amount will be calculated on the total number of heads on final bill.
  • The room numbers given in the advance receipt can change, only if any inconvenience like pipe leaking/commode damage/electrical failure or any other things occur in the room.
  • During load-shedding the Air Conditioners of the room will be off. The generator facility is available to all other things.
  • All the items in the room or hotel should be as it is after checkout. Any damage to the property is titled to hefty fine by the Hotel Management.
  • Extra person in the room will be charged under the guest charge rules, i.e, 300.00 per person.
  • The Hotel Management will not provide any additional cot for the guest.
  • Room service is available from 7am to 11pm.
  • Except snacks, outside foods are not allowed.
  • The Kitchen facility is available to the group booking only. But the guest are requested to have their meals in the dinning area in terrace. No meals are allowed in the room.
  • Pet animals are allowed in the hotel premises only on request.
  • The Hotel gate closes at 11pm, after which the guests are not allowed to go out.
